This online course runs for 4 weeks, with weekly pre-recorded modules released on Monday followed by a live Q&A session (also recorded for those, who cannot join the live session) on Thursday. There are workbooks with a ton of assignments that you can do in your own free time. There is a closed Facebook-group for course participants, where you can ask questions, provide feedback and interact with others.
These are the modules of the course:
Who am I? - What activities fill my days? What are my dreams, values, passion? What is my zone of genious and what am I not so good at? Am I satisfied with all areas of my life?
Work and me - we all have responsibilities. Work is one of them.What is my relationship to work in general, my current job and to previous jobs I've held. What are my other responsibilities? What are my boundaries and am I aware of them?
My family and me - what is my image of a perfect family? What is my role in it and what roles do I expect from other family members? Am I a one-woman show or do others actively take part in our family life? Where and how does my relationship with my significant other fit in?
Reducing stress - When you know the answers to the above questions, you get clarity on your life and you will know where you need to change to be calmer and happier.
